Yesterday The HT reported how a group 0f  70 -80 hoolingans romped in the New Year by openly molesting & doing a "draupadi" boldly - throwing all caution into thin air in Mumbai & thereby making a mockery of our rotten law & order & its useless caretakers. 

Seeing the picture in the Newspaper my 7 year old daughter asked me innocently, " Papa ye kya kar rahe hain..... " as I was embarassingly mumbling to find a few appropriate words .... she asked me again with the inncoent eagerness of a child...."Papa what are they doing......." vaguely I replied.... , " Beta, they are celeberating the New Year... " thank God the picture though obvious for us grown ups.... it was blurred enough for the understanding of all the seven year olds .... but the question was loud enough ..... & so was the picture .... to put any Indian Papa to shame.

Can you even imagine what those girls might have gone thru when those innumerable hungry hands squeezed & grabbed all those private parts...... & tossed around with them ...... & tore their clothes & undergarments leaving very little to imagination.

I believe even Draupadi never went thru what these women went thru as here in this case there were a dozen plus wild hounds entertaining a crowd of 70 -80 animals groping and grabbing two hapless women in the thick of the night.

Don''t be surprised if we soon hear that one of them or both of ''em have commited suicide..... such is the plight of Indian women.... & what a supportive law enforcement agency.... then they say "INDIA SHINING".

I wonder how this police commissioner Mr D.N.Jadhav would have reacted had it been his wife or daughter instead......
