I am sure that you are aware of the consistent efforts of JAGO PARTY to oppose the devilish divisive Reservation policy. Finally ! Dr.Talwar as predicted in my previous blog gets a clean chit from the CBI. It would be a great relief for the poor soul who was mercilessly disgraced & tortured by the Noida police & the Meerut IG Gurdarshan Singh, who had gone a step further propagating a baseless theory of honour killing .So much for the concern of the law enforcers for the citizens of this country.

I take this oppurtunity to condole the death of the sweet little baby Aarushi, just as the Talwar family, who would be grieving the death of their dearest daughter at their in laws at L-245, Sector -25, Noida, for the first time after having been desperately been surrounded with the TRP hungry media of all sorts, for so long.

Sometimes in the jail, Dr.Talwar might have medidated on a bigger crime he committed i.e.of being born an Indian.

I strongly feel,we desperately need to build a new supportive social system demolishing completely the corrupt & criminal system that we currently live in. A new system which does not stigmatize you for being born in this country.

Assuming Dr Talwar is innocent,I am just forced to think about the trauma which this broken hearted father might be going through.Here is a dead soul,who has just lost his dear daugther, his pain had not even subsided that he was arrested, accused & stigmatised as the "killer father", and to cap it all;is now currently being tormented, tortured & traumatized by a hostile police who is seeking vengeance for his reportedly initial abusive answers to them.Isn't he already going through hell?

On the 10th of May 2008, when elections were on its full swing in Bangalore. A group of responsible Bangaloreans made it a point to vote & then attend the first ever JAGO PARTYmeet in the state of Karnataka.

It was overwhelming for me to see that every individual gathered here was not only passionate about the cause of the nation but also they were very eager to sacrifice their time, energy & comfort - to put things right .

Magnanimously, they also volunteered donations to initiate & manage their activities in Karnataka all independently. I must say both the young & the old (of either sex) showed great amount of integrity, courage & maturity.

Above all  JAGO party has put in place a great & committed team in Bangalore as its working commitee. The Karnataka working committee has Mr Chandreshekar as its Coordinator & Ms Pallavi as its Asst. Coordinator. 

Is Jago also not just another party formed out of sheer egoism ? NO!

Reason - "JAGO PARTY" is the only party which has had the courage to say "clearly"-  "NO TO RESERVATION" - the biggest & the worst divisive policy nurtured by all political parties for the last 60 years to keep us divided & go on manipulating our sentiments & emotions .

Can we stop RAPE ?

We know that time & again unlawful miscreants keep on making a mockery of the law & its so called guardians.The problem is that our much boasted cultural values have deteriorated & the rot has now seeped so deep that even the young generation of today is not afraid of playing around with the life & dignity of a helpless being. Strict punishment no less than life imprisonment & if possible death sentence is recommended as only then can we deter those lurking around with similar intentions. Only harsh punishments can thwart away these products of our rotten system from committing any more of such heinous crimes in future.

NEW DELHI: On Apr 2^nd 2008, three young men lured a 12-year-old girl (6TH STD STUDENT) into a car and gangraped her inside the vehicle at a secluded spot in the neighbourhood on Wednesday night. The assault took place at Khayala near Tilak Nagar in west Delhi.

The main accused, Rajiv Porwal (23), and two of his accomplices in the car — Manmohan alias Manu (20) and Rakesh alias Raj (21) — have been detained. The girl knew the alleged rapists well as they all lived in Khayala.

According to the police, on Wednesday evening, Rajiv —who owns a grocery shop in the area — offered to take the girl for a joyride in his car. He was accompanied by his friends, Manmohan and Rakesh. Police said Manmohan is a school van driver while Rakesh was Rajiv’s driver.

"When the girl did not return till late evening, her parents got worried. The girl ultimately returned late at night and told her elder sister about being repeatedly sexually assaulted inside the car. The sister then informed their mother who inturn reported the matter to the police.

In a similar incident in May 2005, a Delhi University student hailing from the Northeast was raped inside a moving car in Dhaula Kuan.

This is the state of our society !!

To Hell with RESERVATIONS !! …….. says JAGO Party 

Cynicism & opportunism – is the watchword of modern day politics . Nobody seems to be interested in the real “INTEREST OF OUR COUNTRY”.

Reservation brands you as second class OR THIRD CLASS CITIZENS IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY.

Yes we need to UNDERSTAND the fact that reservation is an unwanted evil groomed to fool & manipulate the already oppressed poor or the unheard minorities of this country. They are forced to day dream things which are not ever materialized.

Help should be given on economic considerations & not on caste basis because the scheme of reservation is designed such that it is the well to do in such castes /categories who manipulate & exploit it.

“Arey ! kisi garib sey pooch toh sahi akhir aarakshan sey tujhe koi fayda bhi hua hain”

To hell with these traditional, manipulative & exploitary rots which have for all these years been deteriorating the very roots of our existence. Our foundation stands shattered & the building could collapse any moment.

The system is not just broken but mutilated !!

Still the hungry power mongers are still incessantly bragging to add fresh new categories

to this evil in the society the latest being a very neatly bowled googly by Mayawati to the Gujars in Rajasthan.

The truth is neither the (supposed) beneficiary nor the country benefits from these “RESERVATIONS” except for the party that promises to dole it out. They brainwash the oppressed & the depressed citizens of this country to vote them to power as if they are going to see heavens open the moment this party comes to power . What happens TIME & AGAIN is there for all to see but these our brothers & sisters dutifully VOTE ! And vote these wily opportunists to power.

So where is the mistake & how can we correct it ?

The MISTAKE  is that WE DO NOT VOTE !!

To correct it WE MUST ALL VOTE …….

YES VOTE & ELECT THE PARTY  which says “NO TO RESERVATION”

We the unreserved & unwanted category are a strong 35% of this billion plus population &  IF all of us come out of our comforts for just about one hour on the voting day, patiently stand in the {sometime} long queues for the “INTEREST OF THE COUNTRY” , I can assure you WE CAN USHER IN A CHANGE that will put an end to this devil called “reservations” . Bas ek baar himmat karke toh dekho !!

Agreed that till now we did not have an alternative but now we have the strongest platform / the most POWERFUL ALTERNATIVE to have our voices heard & DO THE CHANGES OURSELVES than pleading for them.

May be this party called JAGO is the answer to our depressed & desperate souls & may be through JAGO our voices might finally be heard or better we could finally have our say. What do you say…..?

Just the other day I went to attend a court date & just when I was walking out of the court room, the attendant came running with a wide grin & said "Sir" & don't be surprised - that grin costs people Rs 50/- But the big question is What for ?? Damn it!!
